Here are a couple of examples:
- An issue can have multiple components set; I want to see all the issues that have two or more
- An issue can have belonged to multiple sprints; I want to see the issues that have belonged to at least two
I was hoping "component in (X) and component != X" would do the trick for #1, but it turns out = and != match even if there are multiple values set.
