Unable to create a task report (macro not working?)

Hi, I am trying to create a task report as usual but the macro is simply not loading. I tried other macros of similar nature and I see no problem. Is there something wrong with the task report macro? Those I already created are working fine, but I cannot edit them. Thanks!
