Is it possible to use Atlassian Access to manage your users from Azure AD using a standard subscription of Jira Software in the cloud?
and if yes, are they any limitation(s) compared with the Premium version of Jira Software?

Yes it is possible to use Atlassian access to manage your users from Azure AD on the standard subscription of Jira software Cloud.
