You can make it appear by going on your board settings and adding the field you want to see on the card in Card Layout.

In addition to @Flavien Gaches answer, you can also enable the 'Days in column' option within the Card Layout (you can see this toggle in Flavien's screenshot).
If you are looking for a progress bar for all items within a column, this is not a feature of a Kanban Board, and you may wish to utilise Epics or Releases/Fix Versions in order to see this sort of progress bar.
