Close multiple tickets at one time

Question

I need to 'close' multiple tickets in the system.

Is there a way for me to highlight them and make the same action (to close) on them all at one time?

Hi Kim,

Try holding the CTRL key and click on each card and see if you can drag all of them to the Done column.

Or you can do a Bulk change and transition them all at the same time.

You can use the Search screen to filter for the issues you want to close. Then use the Bulk Change feature, and select Transition as the action.

The bulk change for transition can be affected by the starting status of the issue and by workflow rules, so you may have to make the changes to smaller batches.
