Installation failed. The add-on requested authentication but did not specify a secure base URL (beginning with https://) in its descriptor.
I added "addon-time-reporter" tag but anyway I advise you to contact the vendor directly.
This looks like a bug. Nobody should be able to upload an add-on in the marketplace in this state: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKT-19507
Follow that issue for a resolution.
