Jira Cloud Keeps Prompting User

Question

User posts a link to a jira in Slack. The Jira Cloud app for Slack prompts the user

Hi from Jira Cloud. We posited an issue preview for you just then. Want to get more from the app such as personalized Jira notifications?

User clicks Not now. User posts another link to a jira in Slack. The same message pops back up.

Thanks David. I'm checking with the user if this works. I'll get back to you Tuesday next week.

Hi Peter. Thank you for reaching out. Hope I can help!

You should have the option to say "Never ask again" to stop this message from showing up. Clicking "Not now" is a temporary dismissal of the message.
