Hi I am wondering if there is a possibility to split columns for example into 2?
In the picture there is only 1 column layout, is there any way to change it to 2 columns for example? Thank you for any informations.

No, not out of the box. There are marketplace apps that offer additional styling/configuration options like Refined for Jira Cloud (see more info in the product documentation).
