How do I clear out my test issues and start fresh?

I'm about done setting up my OnDemand Jira. I would like to clear out the test issues - how do I do this? I would like my numbers to start over with 1 versus picking up where the test issues left off.

Will I be able to reuse the same Key for the project or will that have to change?

If you delete the project, you will be able to use the same project key
