Cloud application trial period

Question

Good morning!  We are on Server and when we trial a new app we can renew up to 5 times, so basically trial is 6 months.  I am curious if it is the same for Cloud apps?  We are currently in the discover phase of our migration.  Yes, it is great that Atlassian gives you a full 12 month to migration however since the add-ons only give you a month, we basically only get 1 month to figure it out and identify and fix what doesn't work as expected...hoping we can get 6 months.  So, anyone familiar with extending trials in Cloud?  Thank you.

Thanks Juan.  I was actually looking for information on extending the addons, not the instance itself.  But thank you for the link, it had some interesting info in there.  It did not seem to answer my question about the addons though.  I will keep looking.  Thank you.

Cloud trials can be extended to a total of 37 days - 30 days on top of the initial 7-day trial. To have your cloud trial extended, please contact our Customer Advocate team with your site URL and we'd be happy to assist.
