Non Logged users to view issues

Question

Is there any way to enable non logged users to view issues?

I have tried configuring view project permissions by giving access to a GROUP called PUBLIC. But it does not work.

Is there any way  to achive this? Thank you.

I've just got intel that browsing project issues by EVERYONE is disabled in Jira Service Management.

Is there anyway to accomplish that, for exmple a plugin or something?
