JIRA dosen't work

Hello

we, the company SNK, has a installation of JIRA ondemand. I have a problem with. The complete workflow (ca. 32 steps) doesn't work right. He makes no changes, when i set on workflow editor.

How can I make, for working change?

(sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand my problem ;-))

Hi Mario,

As for your inquiry here, I understand that you have made some changes towards the workflow, but the changes made is not taking effect. Can you kindly confirm this?

If this is true, then please note that you will have to publish the draft workflow that you have edited, and the changes made towards the workflow will take effect. You may kindly see the following documentation for more details on this:

It is very hard for us to conclude directly from here, and it is better to have at least screenshot of the problem you encountered. But for your case, if this is indeed an on demand issue, I would suggest that you raise a ticket directly at support.atlassian.com and the support team will be gladly assist you on your issue.
