Unable to view task details

Question

After using Jira for a very long time suddenly this morning when I click on a task in Kanban Board the details never appear. But they do appear in Backlog.

I already tried refreshing page, and restarting browser (Firefox) but it didn't help.

My temporary workaround is right click Copy issue link, then paste into new browser tab.

It was broken Saturday/Sunday, but now suddenly it's working again.

I'll let you know if it happens again.

Testing on my local site, I wasn’t able to replicate the same issue and there are no bugs reported as well.

If you are still facing this issue, can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any error on the console tab? If it does, please share with us.

Is it happening on all boards?

Is it affecting other users on your site?

Can you test using another browser? (I tested here using Firefox 86.0.1).
