Cant convert subtask into an issue/task

Hi All, I got this error when I convert a subtask into an issue / task.

Hi @Lockie Lui

could you please confirm this is happening for several projects in your Jira Cloud instance or this is only seen in one specific project?

Could you please also confirm on any Apps you have deployed which could interact with Sub-tasks (in case you are unsure you could list all you have installed).

Is this happening "from the start" or kicked the error message in lately?
If this is only happening for a few days - do you remember any change made to the configuration?

Please provide as much details as you can, probably is then higher somebody from Community will be able to provide an advise.

Can you confirm if you have the Edit Issue Project Permission(https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-permissions/) and Make Bulk changes permission (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/)
