How do I create a product roadmap using Jira?

In Standard, and I think Free, you can enable basic Roadmap feature for a given board. Go to Board settings and you should see the Roadmap option. If you upgrade to Premium then you will get advanced roadmaps. explore-jira-cloud-plans
