I don't have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin, Can you help me providing the process how to get access
Your Atlassian admin should give you access and add you to the admin group under user management.
You need to speak with your current site admin and request. Please note that site admin should be limited for obvious reasons. Providing access to projects as project admins is more common.
You'll need to ask your administrators to grant you admin rights.
