Migration of one Confluence/Jira environment to another

Hi, 

we work with a vendor who have their own environment of Confluence, all project details and release details are documented in Jira/Confluence and we would like to migrate the entire workspace to another environment in a different organisation, what are the steps and considerations and is there an automated tool that can be used?
