Ability to create a global template and have it shared to all spaces

Posts regarding global template creation seem to insinuate the missing option to promote the template or make it available outside of a specific space.

I am using cloud and this feature doesn't work - templates are in fact NOT global. Any idea when this will be addressed/. Seems like it was identified in 2018...

Hi @Amy Freeman , welcome to the Community!

There are two types of templates- Space & Global. It sounds like you're creating a Space template and then trying to turn it into a Global template which is not possible.

You can access your Global templates here: https://<yourdomain>.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/templates2/listglobaltemplates.action

Note: You need to be a Confluence Admin
