In my "Active Sprints" board, only the default 3 status columns are appearing, even though I updated my "Board settings" to reflect a total of 7 statuses. I made that update in "Board settings" about a week ago, but nothing has changed yet.
To try to get the changes to reflect in the "Active Sprints" section, I have done the following:
- refreshed the "Active Sprints" page (no change)
- Double-checked that the "Board settings" had saved (they were)
- Ensured that previous sprints were marked "complete" so I was only seeing a single sprint in "Active Sprints"
- Logged out and logged back in to JIRA overall
- Created a new test sprint board
Is there anything that I need to do to make the columns update?
