Hello all,we have tried Jira Service Desk and disabled it. Unfortunately, the custom fields cannot be deleted as they are still linked and marked as locked. What can I do to delete these fields?

We are also in a similar situation. Saw a few links in the forums. Were you able to resolve the issues? I have also created a support ticket.
