I get the message that Jira can't create subtask. PI is required.
Even though I add the PI this bug still occurs
There is no bug, you have configured your Jira to have a mandatory field, then not filled it in (possibly because the configuration does not put it on the screen?)
How shall I fix it?
Talk to your Jira admins
It works on the web but not on the app. The message shows up only on the app.
