I saw couple of very nice plug-ins like this one https://www.appfusions.com/display/EDIRC/Support or this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/de.communardo.confluence.plugins.userprofile/server/overview but unfortunately I couldn't found one that can be hosted on cloud all must be hosted on premise .is there such plug-in that can be hosted on cloud
What do you mean "hosted" on cloud? If you simply mean usable in a Confluence Cloud instance, than my preference is LucidChart.
Maybe you are looking for something like Table Filter and Charts.
