I have an epic assigned to a issue (user story). I want to remove the epic or even change the epic to another one. When I save my changes to update or remove the epic from the issue it doesn't get updated. How can I remove the epic?
Hi Esther, are you using JIRA Agile?
In case not, disabling the related add-on can may allow you to remove the epic.

yes I'm using JIRA Agile. CAn I temporarily disable it to remove the epic and re-enable it? This is a work around right? In theory i should be able to change epics or remove epics without disabling the add-ons?
