How can I get access to create a space?

Trying to determine what level of permissions I need in order to create a new space

Hi @Susan Mitchell, welcome to the Community!

You will need the to be added to one of the groups assigned to the Create Space(s) permission, which is set in the Global Permissions section within Confluence's settings.
