Added new custom field of QA Assignee, but not able to filter out on Active sprint board

Question

I have already have two fields of Assignee and reporter which is general, Now I have added QA Assignee custom field to the tickets. But On filtering with the names on Active Sprint board, Its filtering based only on Assignee. How could I add the condition of QA Assignee custom field as well to it?

Thanks Manon. I tried this but this is only for respective user or I need to update multiple users with OR condition. But want to know if any other option how can i create that field as Dropdown with multiple users in the dropdown to filter it?

You can't edit the filter behind a user avatar, but you can add quick filters:
