Including Task Report shows outstanding tasks that don't exist

Question

I've just added Task Reports on our Confluence pages.

We have a problem where in some cases it shows tasks and the page they are supposed to be on...but those tasks do not show on the linked page.

I feel like there are ghost pages somewhere that have outstanding tasks but I can't get to the page to close the tasks.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to find or fix this problem?

Hi Shannon,

We experience the same problem... Does Atlassian, beside having to spy into customers content ;) , take any other actions to fix this problem?

Hello Bronwyn,

Welcome to Atlassian Community, and thank you for raising this question! We'll need to look at your Cloud site database and see if the tasks still exist somewhere or if they are cached.

If you bring it to the Confluence technical administrators for your organization, they can raise a ticket with Atlassian Cloud Support. We need permission to access your site, and only your administrators can provide access.

If they have any trouble getting that ticket created, please let me know!
