Recently my project swim lane disappeared and we are unable to track.

So I assume you are using a Classic project. What are your swimlanes based upon (epics, queries, etc)? Check under board settings > swimlanes. Maybe the board owner changed the swimlanes config. Please provide more info and if appropriate, screenshots.
