Security concerns about my Jira cloud instance

Question

My security team is asking me some technical questions before allowing me to use JIRA REST API. They expect me to help them to find an answer to the question : Is the link chain between JIRA Cloud instance and our internal Network meets certain security requirements ?

Could you please answer those questions to help us  :

What kind of data is sending during a JIRA REST API query ?

Do we have a dedicated or shared server?

Is its IP address or a pool of IP addresses specified?

Do we have its location ?

And any other information that you can consider useful to our security concern will be welcomed.

It was a matter of rights, it has to be someone with admin right who can ask those questions.

Hi @Bill Sheboy -- Thanks for your message.

But I am annoyed because the support as I said earlier leads here. I have no other option. As you can see, I have those following options:

And I chose the "technical issues and bugs" option where I think my questions belongs to. And when I filled the form :

I can only "Explore Community" or "View Documentation" and what I want is accurate answers from Jira Experts about my Security concerns. 
I don't know if this kind of support matches the price paid by my firm.
If not just let me know.
