Question

Hi All

I've created a Dashboard with a total number of logged issue for a certain project

I would lie to know if there's a way for me to share this with other people who do not have a license?

I've made it Public but they get the below error

"An Unknown error occurred"

Note: they are added to the project as "Service Desk Customers"

I do not see the above options, I'm on JIRA cloud(If that makes a difference)

Maybe you are using filters in your dashboard. So then you should share the filter with everybody:

* Issues -> Manage filters
* Select "My" on the left side of the filter
* Click on the gear -> Edit
* Add Shares (don't forget to click "Add" - a common mistake) and Save

Make this for each filter you use in your dashboard.
