Clicking on forgot password not able to receive the reset link on my email address

My team member have access to JIRA and Bitbucket on gopalk@iprogrammer.com but forgot password.

So he is trying to login using same email address, but when trying to reset password, portal says email sent on gopalk@iprogrammer.com but he is not receiving email.
