Check if a Confluence Page is linked before transitioning

Question

Hello, I have Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud apps.

We use Jira for all actionables and Confluence for all documentation.

Business Problem:

We need to enforce that a confluence page must be linked with implementation details before a story can be closed.

Problem:

I am not able to find the field which has the value of the Confluence page.

I know the following solution that cannot work for me:

1. Add a custom URL field
