which java class represents cascading select list in Jira 8.x

Question

Rafal Sojka · Answer

Thank you, that is really helpful.

Do you know if there is any documentation showing how to use those classes properly. In most case there is little or no information in javadoc.

Best regards,

Rafal

Hello @Rafal Sojka ,

You can find the entire list for all classes here:

* https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/8.1.0/allclasses-noframe.html

And the cascading select list is broken out into a few different sections, and is split down into the following:

* CascadeOptionFunction
* CascadingOption
* CascadingOption
* CascadingOptionComparator
* CascadingOptionFieldSorter
* CascadingOptionValueComparator
* cascadingselect_jsp
* CascadingSelectCFType
* CascadingSelectCFType.Visitor
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldClauseContextFactory
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldClauseQueryFactory
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldImporter
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldIndexer
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldOperationsHandler
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldSearchInputTransformer
* CascadingSelectCustomFieldValidator
* CascadingSelectSearcher
* CascadingSelectStatisticsMapper

Regards,
Earl
