It seems I can not enable Custom CSS Stylesheets in Confluence Security Settings, even though it seems I am in the site admin group, and administrator. It seems like a bug, that used to be working? Anyone having same problems?

This feature is currently unavailable for Confluence Cloud Platform, but there's already an improvement request for that:
