Cannot access administrator console

Question

Hi,

We are currently trying to setup a Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket project, we tried the free plan as it is for now enough for our needs. We ran into a problem, we cannot access the console admin (see screenshot).

Also, we are unable to send invitations for other member of the team to join the project.

Any ideas how we can solve this problem?

Sorry we are beginners on Atlassian suite.

So we waited a day and now it's working fine. I guess it wasn't synced yet. Even so, I don't think that's the normal behaviour right?

My steps:

Log in with the admin account (the one i created the jira project with).

Click on the cogwheel

Click on "Manage Users" (in french: "Gestion des utilisateurs")

Then I just get the error as seen on the screenshot

Can you give us the steps you took to get to the error message above?

Also, do you have Site Admin permissions as well as Administrator?

I have the same issue.... I'm trying to setup an account and I can't access the billing or any other page as admin. (I'm logged in as admin)
