I can't generate report

I am using the Cloud Classic Project. I can't find any report option. Please help !

Can you clarify which types of reports do you need?

If you are searching for a time report based on time in statuses, you can try a third-party add-on Time in Status for Jira Cloud. It generates 7 types of report:

Time in Status(shows how long each issue has been spent in each status),
Average time (average time in status report),
Assignee time (shows how long an assignee has been assigned to each issue),
Status Entrance Date(shows the date that an issue has entered to each status),
Status Count(how many times an issue has been in each status),
Time in Status per Date (just choose the date you need - and you'll get info about statuses on that days)
Transition Count reports (shows how many transitions each issue have had)

So you can choose those you need. I hope, you find this helpful.
