cannnot login

When I try to log in to confuluence, the screen goes white and nothing is displayed.
Both Windows chrome / Mac Safari are in the same state

I want to log in to the workspace used in the project. Please tell me the solution.

 

There is permission for the work space in the e-mail address

Can you check confluence log , I believe you can see the error message.
