How do I sum all story's original estimates in a JQL filter?

Trying to add a quick filter to a board. The filter is used to find any task/bug... Story that has more than X days original estimate. Since we are estimating the sub-tasks of the story,
using `originalEstimate > 2` will not show up the stories.
I am looking for something like: `subtasks.originalEstimates.sum() > 2`

I saw this kind of question being asked since 2013 so hopefully there is a solution by now...

Hello,

This would be a good one.

But JQL is just Query, your need is to add logic to the result, so i am not sure if its available.
(To my understanding the JQL is a not like Excel functions)

Correct, JQL is a query not a formula function nor should it be. There are other solutions for this, e.g. Automation, export to excel, several addons, etc.

For cases when you want to create a difficult JQL request and don't know how to do it, you can consider Dynamic Filter: JQL Replacer for Jira (created by my team).

It allows creating any request to Jira (to select issue list you need) without JQL knowledge. All those requests you can save as dynamic filters and use whenever you need.

It looks like a very convenient tool but the the question is can it create a sum of sub-tasks estimates?

Actually this is not really the case, SQL is also a query language and does have functions like SUM, STDEV, AVG...
No offense but I think having the ability to sum the sub-tasks of a story seems like a very trivial request from a query language like JQL.

Thanks but I am looking for something on a Story level and not Epic + the original request of having it in the Quick Filter and not in another page like the suggested solution has also a meaning.

Currently it seems that JIRA Script Runner is the most suitable solution for my original request but will wait a bit more to see if there are other answers.
