How to send a mail to all mentioned persons with a triggered workflow?

Denis

Hallo everyone,

I'm new in working which workflows for Confluence (Comala Workflows). I have created a wokflow which sends a mail to the user, who changed the status of the page. Which works perfectly.

Now i want to build a wokflow which sends a mail (not just the normal notifications in confluence) to all persons who are mentioned on the page.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Denis

Welcome to the community! We do not currently have the capability to reference the users mentioned in a page. I recommend that you look at workflow parameters.

• If you are using Confluence Cloud, see: see https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDMC/Edit+workflow+parameters+in+workflow+builder
• If you are using Confluence Server or Data Center, see: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDML/Require+Parameters+on+State+Transitions

Please let me know here if you have any further questions, or contact our friendly support team at https://support.comalatech.com
