What is the best way to leverage Confluence to bring on new Corporate acquisitions?

 

Think banks acquiring other banking services. 

Leveraging Okta to bring on existing individual user accounts (Checking savings, credit card, mortgage, travel etc.). Accounts that do not share a uniform database,

You can for example set up a separate training space meant for them and utilize Apps - like Pathways for Confluence - to create a Web-Based Trainings from the content created there. It can be rated and measured for every and each new user.

Also, if you pair it with Announcement Feeds app developed by CoreSoft Labs, you can define a newsfeed which will display all the new material to the new employers via link in Jira.
