I created a SP board on Jira (free version) to test it out.
I now have a licenced version.
How do I export all the information created in the free version into a licenced version ?

Merging multiple sites and importing single projects from another cloud site is not currently a supported feature in Jira Cloud. However, there are workarounds available. This page outlines those workarounds, along with some considerations for each option.
