We have a service project with +50,000 tickets and I want to be able identify all the rare tickets that have a reporter of "Anonymous" that are currently slipping through the cracks of some of our queue filters.
Ideally I would like to create a queue filter with a JQL query that surfaces all the tickets that are currently open, and which have a reporter set to Anonymous.
So far attempts at creating a query for this have been fruitless... eg. I have tried variants of having a condition something like .... reporter = anonymous ... reporter = "anonymous" etc.
I have seen the inverse condition work just fine, eg. reporter != anonymous ... when used in a JQL query.
Any insight on how we might surface tickets with Anonymous reporter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
