Has there been any progress on getting notifications?
Would also like this functionality.
It is possible to do this with Advanced Microsoft Teams Jira Connector that adds a Microsoft Teams menu to the user setting on the top right. There you can configure personal rules to get direct notifications.
We would also like to have this functionality, with the slack / stride bot i was able to use existing jira notifications and have them ping a specific channel.
