Restricting users on issues on JIRA Cloud for Mac

JIRA Cloud App for Mac is awesome but I cannot seem to find the option to restrict issues. Is there not an option to do so on the App?

I tried the application and it looks like Issue Security is not available in the application yet. It may be in one of the next updates.
