Filter not capturing relevant tickets despite them meeting all criteria

Question

Trying to capture tickets created within the last 10 days within a specific project. There are clearly tickets that meet this criteria, yet when I add "created >= -10d" to the JQL, it tells me no issues were found. The query has the green checkmark too.

When you don't have that criteria, do you get results?

If you modify the the numeric part of the criteria, does that affect your results?

Do you have any other criteria in the filter besides project? Can you provide a copy of the jql statement you are using?
