Granting the Add/Delete Restrictions permission on a page level - is this possible?

I think the title basically says it. We have some users who we would like to grant permission to add and delete restrictions for certain pages only. Is this possible? Or would our only option currently be to grant these users the "Restrictions" permission on a Space level?

 

This is on a "Standard" subscription to Confluence, if that is relevant.

It can't be done, the restrictions are controlled at the space level.
