Page sharing with message is not working

The message function for the page sharing is not displayed as discribed in Share a page or blog post.

Is this because of the settings or is it not supported for the cloud version?

Hi, I have the same issue and I tried several browsers. Seems to be a configuration issue ...; but where could I change the according configuration?

I'm using google chrome browser. it's working well.

As you said , may be a incompatible browser or something else.
