Abbreviation is converted into a hyperlink

Question

Hello,

How come the Trello app for Android automatically converts an abbreviation into a hyperlink?

Can I avoid this somehow?

Thank you in advance.

Report it as a bug to Atlassian though

Ah, ok, it's spotting the . and hence assuming it's a link because it looks like one.

There's nothing you can do about this I'm afraid, it looks like a link to the software.

The hyperlink is http://f.eks/ .

Otherwise I will just have to avoid the abbreviation.
