Hi.

How can I create a report in scum board at Use Story level, from specific period of time, that enters the column "ready for development" to "Done"?

I am thinking to make mandatory when creating Use Stories the labels: Planed, unplanned, maintenance, system improvement. Are labels the correct parameter tu use to generate the metric report?

Labels may be a bit error-prone to capture accurate and usable information.

You could purchase a marketplace add-on to find these measures.

Or, you could use custom fields and automation rules to track/measure the start/end times for your workflow and then calculate the differences.

Using Labels a bit difficult. due to case sensitivity.

Label field treat "A" and "a" are two different labels.

You may need plugin to calculate the time difference (or) REST API.

The raw data you need is available in history of each issue. You can get issue history data using Jira Rest Api for each issue, you get a response similar to the below. Then using coding, you need to parse json, extract the data you need for each issue.

Or, you can try marketplace apps. We built Status Time app for this exact need. It provides reports on how much time spent in each status as well as status entry dates and status transition count.

Once you enter your working calendar into the app, it takes your working schedule into account too. That is, "In Progress" time of an issue opened on Friday at 5 PM and closed on Monday at 9 AM, will be a few hours rather than 3 days. It has various other reports like assignee time, status entry dates, average/sum reports(eg. average in progress time per project).
