Error when creating a new page/subpage

I want to create a new page in Confluence (Cloud) but the creation cannot be done. What could be the problem?

Hallo, ich bin  in meinem Testzugang selbst der Admin. Angeblich habe ich alle rechte die ich benötige, da ich selbst schon Seiten angelegt und gelöscht habe.

If you are a end user. you need ADD page permission in space level.

Check with Confluence Space admin or Site Admin Team

All sorts of things.  Without an error message or a description of the "cannot be done", there's not a lot to narrow it down.
