Joe Vandine_4szvt1

Steps

1. Create a Jira links in a Confluence page
2. Publish the page and export to a PDF
3. The Jira links appear as descriptive (see shaded blue eg below) - which is what I want
4. Create more Jira links and export to a PDF
5. Now some of the Jira links appear as URL (see shaded yellow eg blue)
6. After a while all the Jira links appear as URL and not a descriptive

Hello Joe,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the same issue. All Jira links show as URL when exporting to PDF or Word.

Further searching, I found out that this issue is a known bug:

• JIRA Issue information is missing, only link shows up in PDF export
• Export to PDF/Word breaks the Jira Issue macro formatting

Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch to receive updates about the bug.

Regards,
Angélica
